Phone orders:
Phone orders by calling (908) 213-0111 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.
Fax orders:
Fax orders by calling (908) 213-6965 anytime. Be sure to include the following information: First and last name, shipping address, daytime phone number, shipping method, part number and description, quantity and payment information.
Delivery:
All components and accessories are shipped via UPS, regular Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, or Next Day Air.
Payment Methods:
Orders can be purchased with either VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards. If C.O.D., a Certified Check or Money Order is required. All Next Day Air orders must be prepaid or charged to a credit card.
Damaged Freight:
Merchandise delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Be sure to carefully inspect the condition of all cartons and merchandise in the presence of the delivery person. If damage is encountered, then you can file a claim immediately with the delivery person.
Returned Goods:
All returned merchandise must be approved for return within 30 days of invoice and be in original condition. Returned merchandise must be shipped postage paid and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Pricing:
All pricing is subject to change. Half Scale will not be responsible for any published typographical errors.
Custom Products:
All custom product orders require full payment with the order and are NOT returnable.
Warranties:
Any products that are determined to be defective due to workmanship or materials, within one year of purchase date, will be replaced at Half Scale's discretion. When pre-approved, defective products should be returned to Half Scale shipping prepaid and replacements will be forwarded upon receipt.
